What counts as a response?
Accepting an Instant Match or submitting an offer uses one response for that request. An offer counts even if it isn’t chosen. Reading requests, chatting, completing work, and receiving reviews use none.
What happens at the limit?
Your existing offers and matches continue. You can keep browsing, change plans, or wait for the next calendar month. Unused responses don’t roll over; cancellation or deletion doesn’t restore a used response.
Can I change my plan?
Manage billing lets you update your card, see invoices, change plans, or cancel renewal. Upgrades may have a prorated charge shown before confirmation. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period. Changing plans doesn’t reset monthly usage.
What stays free?
Homeowners always request services for free. Every pro can browse, build a profile, request verification, receive reviews, and talk to existing matches. Email delivery depends on your opt-in and availability; no plan includes text alerts or priority in verification.
These are our launch prices. Any future pricing changes will be communicated clearly; existing subscriptions are not silently moved to a higher price.
